PDP Tax Service has been providing quality services to the Greater Cleveland community and beyond since 1984. Our specialization lies in tax preparation and electronic filing software, though we provide many products for different types of clientele. The three main avenues include Tax Professionals, Individuals and Businesses.

The Tax Season can be hectic for any Tax Professional. PDP Tax Service aims to make the season calmer. We provide tax software for Federal, State, and City tax preparation along with W-2/1099-MISC/1099-INT and payroll software.  We are also proud to offer a range of e-file and bank products.

The Individual Taxpayer also has unique needs that PDP Tax Service cares for. We provide tax preparation year round and can help resolve any taxation problem you may have with the IRS. For added convenience, we also offer many E-Filing solutions.

Our goal is to make life easier for Businesses in the area. We provide W-2/1099s and payroll software and services. We also have capabilities for business tax preparation and start-up counseling.

Mission Statement

PDP Tax Service's mission is to provide quality software and services at reasonable prices coupled with the highest level of service and support.


Company Background

PDP Tax was formed in 1984 to provide tax software and services. This family-owned business is located in Parma, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. Continually throughout the years, we have been a tax preparation service for those in our area. PDP Tax Service began marketing tax software during IRS trials for electronic filing in 1987.

Initially, the company produced federal software and state software for Ohio and Pennsylvania. The company continued to expand its product line and gradually introduced more state programs. Along with that came software for city tax returns, W-2s - and most recently - payroll.

In 1999, owner Leonard Leenheer was honored with the recognition of IRS Exemplary ERO (Electronic Return Originator). At the time, the award was given to only five return originators one for each of the five testing centers.

Our customers also recognized the quality and usability of our work. One customer from Lakewood, Ohio stated: "(ELECTRO-1040?) gets easier to use each year."

PDP Tax Service also first started payroll services in 2000. We strive to continue the tradition of quality services and products.
